Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Systems Configuration Analyst to join our partner organization in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will assist in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing IT systems to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business requirements. This position is ideal for professionals interested in IT systems administration, configuration management, and enterprise technology support.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain enterprise IT systems according to specifications and requirements
Assist in system deployments, upgrades, and updates
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot configuration issues
Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure system functionality
Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and processes
Support change management and compliance activities related to IT systems
Identify opportunities to optimize system performance and streamline processes
Provide technical support and guidance for system-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT systems configuration, administration, or support
Familiarity with enterprise IT systems and configuration management tools
Basic understanding of networking, databases, and system security principles
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in system management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices for configuration management
Familiarity with scripting or automation tools for system configuration
Exposure to enterprise software such as ERP, CRM, or collaboration platforms
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA)
