Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Network Troubleshooting Specialist to join our partner organization in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will diagnose, resolve, and optimize network issues to ensure reliable and secure connectivity across the enterprise. This position is ideal for professionals with strong networking knowledge and a passion for solving technical challenges in complex IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and cloud environments
Analyze network performance and implement solutions to improve reliability and efficiency
Collaborate with IT teams to design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure
Support incident management, documenting issues and resolutions for reference
Perform network upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance tasks
Ensure network security and compliance with organizational policies
Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and processes
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of experience in network troubleshooting, network administration, or IT support
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, and TCP/IP fundamentals
Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Knowledge of network security best practices and tools
Familiarity with scripting or automation for network tasks
Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+)
Experience with network design, optimization, and performance tuning
