Job Title: Vascular Ultrasound Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vascular Ultrasound Technician to join our partner organization. In this role, you will perform non-invasive vascular ultrasound examinations to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of circulatory conditions. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about diagnostic imaging and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
Perform vascular ultrasound procedures, including arterial and venous studies
Operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images
Review patient history and ensure proper documentation before procedures
Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout examinations
Analyze images and provide preliminary findings to physicians
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging reports
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for accurate diagnosis
Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment as needed
Required Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
1–3 years of experience in vascular ultrasound or diagnostic imaging
Knowledge of vascular anatomy, physiology, and ultrasound techniques
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and patient care abilities
Proficiency in ultrasound equipment and imaging software
Preferred Qualifications
Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification or equivalent
Experience with Doppler ultrasound techniques
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
