Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Wound Care Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care for patients with acute and chronic wounds. In this role, you will assess, treat, and monitor wound healing while collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position is ideal for nurses passionate about wound management and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
Assess, clean, and dress wounds including surgical, pressure, and chronic wounds
Develop and implement individualized wound care plans
Monitor healing progress and adjust treatments as needed
Administer medications and treatments related to wound care
Educate patients and families on wound care management and prevention
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate patient documentation and wound care records
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
Utilize advanced wound care techniques and products
Provide compassionate care and ensure patient comfort
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the U.S.
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Nursing
1–3 years of nursing experience (wound care preferred)
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
Knowledge of wound care procedures and infection control
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Commitment to patient safety and quality care
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Wound Care Nursing (WOCN or CWCN)
Experience in hospital or specialized wound care settings
Knowledge of advanced wound care treatments and technologies
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
