Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Network Support Analyst to join our partner organization in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will support and maintain network systems, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure smooth IT network operations. This position is ideal for early-career professionals interested in networking, infrastructure support, and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN systems
Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and performance issues
Assist in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls
Support network security measures and access controls
Document network issues, configurations, and resolutions
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system uptime and performance
Assist in network upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
0–2 years of experience in network support, IT support, or system administration
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Understanding of network hardware and troubleshooting techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with networking tools and monitoring systems
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking technologies
Knowledge of network security principles and firewalls
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar
Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
