Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and security-focused IT User Access Coordinator to join our partner organization in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will manage user access, permissions, and identity controls across systems to ensure security and compliance. This position is ideal for professionals interested in identity and access management (IAM), cybersecurity, and IT governance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage user account creation, modification, and deactivation
Assign and monitor user roles, permissions, and access rights
Ensure compliance with security policies and access control standards
Perform regular access reviews and audits
Troubleshoot access-related issues and provide support
Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce IAM policies
Maintain documentation of access procedures and controls
Support identity governance and compliance initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
0–2 years of experience in IT support, access management, or security roles
Basic understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts
Familiarity with Active Directory or similar directory services
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, etc.)
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks
Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC)
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or IAM-related credentials
Understanding of audit processes and risk management
