Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Endpoint Compliance Analyst to ensure that all endpoint devices across the organization meet security, compliance, and operational standards. In this role, you will monitor compliance policies, assess endpoint configurations, and support remediation efforts. This position is ideal for individuals interested in IT security, compliance frameworks, and endpoint management.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and enforce endpoint compliance policies across devices
Conduct audits on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for compliance adherence
Identify security vulnerabilities and recommend remediation actions
Ensure endpoints meet regulatory and organizational standards
Collaborate with IT security, infrastructure, and support teams
Maintain documentation of compliance reports and audit findings
Support patch management and system updates
Assist in incident response related to endpoint security issues
Track compliance metrics and generate performance reports
Promote best practices for endpoint security and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–4 years of experience in IT compliance, endpoint management, or security operations
Strong knowledge of endpoint security tools and compliance frameworks
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS) and device management tools
Understanding of regulatory standards and security best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and reporting abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with tools like Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM, or similar platforms
Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or HIPAA
Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or CISSP (preferred but not mandatory)
Knowledge of vulnerability management and patching processes
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
