Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Network Availability Analyst to monitor and maintain network uptime and performance across enterprise systems. In this role, you will analyze network availability metrics, troubleshoot outages, and support continuous improvement of network reliability. This position is ideal for individuals interested in network operations, monitoring, and infrastructure reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor network performance and availability across systems
Identify and troubleshoot network outages and connectivity issues
Analyze network metrics and generate availability reports
Collaborate with network engineers and IT support teams
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
Support incident response and root cause analysis
Maintain documentation of network incidents and resolutions
Assist in implementing network monitoring tools and alerts
Identify opportunities to improve network reliability and uptime
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–4 years of experience in network operations or IT infrastructure roles
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching)
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and systems
Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and incident management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or similar
Experience with tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or Wireshark
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Understanding of network security principles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
