Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive IT Infrastructure Support Coordinator to assist in managing and supporting IT infrastructure operations. In this role, you will coordinate support activities, monitor system performance, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. This position is ideal for individuals interested in IT support, infrastructure management, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate IT infrastructure support activities and service requests
Monitor system performance and ensure availability of IT services
Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve incidents and service disruptions
Maintain documentation of infrastructure systems and support processes
Track and report on service tickets and issue resolution timelines
Support system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
Communicate with stakeholders regarding system status and updates
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–4 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or system administration
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, systems)
Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) tools
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and basic networking
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL
Experience with monitoring tools and system management platforms
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of incident management and service delivery processes
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
