Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Systems Migration Analyst to support the planning and execution of system migration projects. In this role, you will assist in data migration, system integration, and validation processes to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption. This position is ideal for individuals interested in IT transformation, data migration, and system implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of system migration projects
Assist in data migration, validation, and integrity checks
Analyze existing systems and identify migration requirements
Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and stakeholders
Monitor migration progress and resolve issues
Maintain documentation of migration processes and results
Ensure compliance with data security and organizational standards
Perform testing and post-migration validation
Support rollback and contingency planning if needed
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–4 years of experience in system migration, IT operations, or data management
Strong understanding of data migration and system integration processes
Familiarity with databases and data validation techniques
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with migration tools and ETL processes
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of scripting or automation tools
