Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Network Incident Analyst to monitor, analyze, and resolve network-related incidents. In this role, you will respond to outages, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure minimal downtime across systems. This position is ideal for individuals interested in network operations, incident management, and infrastructure reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor network systems and respond to incidents and alerts
Troubleshoot network issues including connectivity, latency, and outages
Perform root cause analysis and document incident findings
Collaborate with network engineers and IT teams for resolution
Maintain incident logs and generate performance reports
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
Support escalation processes and incident prioritization
Assist in implementing preventive measures and improvements
Monitor network performance and availability metrics
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–4 years of experience in network operations or IT support roles
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching)
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and incident management systems
Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and diagnostics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or similar
Experience with tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or Wireshark
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Understanding of network security practices
Strong attention to detail and incident response skills
