Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Identity Access Coordinator to manage user identities and access permissions across systems. In this role, you will support identity and access management (IAM) processes, ensure secure access controls, and help maintain compliance with organizational security policies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage user account provisioning, modification, and deactivation
Ensure appropriate access controls based on roles and responsibilities
Monitor and review user access for compliance and security risks
Support identity and access management (IAM) systems and tools
Investigate and resolve access-related issues and requests
Maintain documentation of access policies and procedures
Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams
Conduct periodic access reviews and audits
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
Support onboarding and offboarding access processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IAM, IT support, or security operations
Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts
Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, or IAM tools
Knowledge of security principles and compliance requirements
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as Security+, or IAM-related certifications
Experience with IAM platforms (Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD)
Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Python)
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO)
Experience with audit and compliance processes
