Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Systems Operations Coordinator to support daily IT operations and ensure system performance and availability. In this role, you will coordinate system activities, monitor infrastructure, and assist in troubleshooting operational issues.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability
Coordinate daily IT operations and maintenance activities
Troubleshoot system and application issues
Support server, network, and infrastructure operations
Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations
Assist in incident management and resolution
Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades and improvements
Ensure adherence to IT policies and operational standards
Track and manage service requests and operational tasks
Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or support roles
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, servers, and networking concepts
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent
Experience with monitoring tools and ITSM platforms
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash)
Understanding of ITIL practices
