Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Care Nurse (RN) to provide specialized nursing care to children of all ages. In this role, you will support patient recovery, monitor health conditions, and work closely with families to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients
Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with pediatricians and healthcare teams
Educate families on child health, treatment plans, and recovery
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed
Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols
Support emotional and developmental needs of children
Assist in discharge planning and follow-up care
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
2–4 years of experience in pediatric nursing or hospital care
Strong clinical and patient care skills
Knowledge of pediatric care practices and protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in pediatric units or children’s hospitals
Certifications such as BLS, PALS
Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems
Strong critical thinking and patient management skills
