Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and analytical IT Network Operations Analyst to monitor and maintain network infrastructure and ensure seamless connectivity. In this role, you will troubleshoot network issues, support operations, and help optimize performance across systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor network performance, availability, and security across systems
Troubleshoot network issues including connectivity, latency, and outages
Support daily network operations and incident management processes
Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex infrastructure issues
Perform network analysis and implement performance improvements
Maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures
Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and SLAs
Assist with network upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
Support network monitoring tools and reporting systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–4 years of experience in network operations or IT infrastructure roles
Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS)
Experience with network devices and troubleshooting tools
Knowledge of network monitoring tools and incident management systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar
Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security practices
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Knowledge of scripting or automation (Python, Bash)
Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
