Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Endpoint Management Specialist to manage and support endpoint devices across the organization. In this role, you will ensure device security, performance, and compliance while supporting users and maintaining endpoint infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain endpoint devices including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Deploy, configure, and update operating systems and applications
Monitor endpoint security, compliance, and performance
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on endpoint devices
Manage endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, or similar)
Implement security policies, patches, and updates across devices
Support user provisioning, access, and device setup
Maintain documentation of endpoint configurations and processes
Collaborate with IT and security teams to address vulnerabilities
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–4 years of experience in endpoint management, IT support, or similar roles
Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS environments
Experience with endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune, or similar)
Understanding of device security and patch management
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or similar
Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions
Familiarity with cloud-based endpoint solutions (Azure AD, Microsoft Endpoint Manager)
Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell) for automation
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
