Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Health Records Processing Specialist to support medical records management and data processing. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting healthcare documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Process and maintain patient health records and documentation
Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical records
Review and verify patient information for consistency
Organize and update electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards
Identify discrepancies and resolve data-related issues
Collaborate with healthcare and administrative teams
Maintain documentation of records processing workflows
Support data retrieval and reporting activities
Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
0–2 years of experience in medical records or healthcare data roles
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
Basic understanding of EHR systems and healthcare documentation
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with health information systems
Familiarity with medical coding and documentation standards
Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA)
Exposure to healthcare data processing tools
