Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Software Maintenance Developer to support application maintenance and system improvements. In this role, you will work on bug fixes, performance enhancements, and ongoing software support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update existing software applications
Identify and fix bugs and performance issues
Collaborate with development teams on improvements
Write clean and efficient code for enhancements
Support application monitoring and troubleshooting
Maintain documentation of changes and updates
Assist in testing and validation of fixes
Ensure software reliability and stability
Participate in code reviews and development processes
Support continuous improvement of applications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in software development or maintenance roles
Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, or similar)
Basic understanding of debugging and troubleshooting techniques
Familiarity with databases and version control systems
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with frameworks (Spring, Django, or similar)
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Understanding of software testing and QA processes
Exposure to Agile development methodologies
