Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Software Deployment Analyst to support deployment and release activities. In this role, you will assist in deploying software, managing environments, and ensuring successful system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in software deployment and release processes
Configure and maintain deployment environments
Monitor deployment activities and ensure successful rollouts
Troubleshoot deployment-related issues
Collaborate with development and operations teams
Maintain deployment documentation and logs
Support system testing and validation
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Assist in rollout planning and execution
Support continuous improvement of deployment processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in deployment, IT support, or software roles
Basic understanding of software deployment processes
Familiarity with operating systems and environments
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
Understanding of version control systems (Git)
Exposure to DevOps practices
