Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Radiotherapy Technician to support radiation treatment procedures for cancer patients. In this role, you will operate radiotherapy equipment, assist in treatment planning, and ensure patient safety during procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Operate radiotherapy equipment for treatment delivery
Assist in planning and administering radiation therapy sessions
Prepare patients for treatment and explain procedures
Monitor patients during therapy sessions
Ensure accuracy in treatment setup and positioning
Maintain equipment and ensure proper functionality
Record and document treatment details
Collaborate with oncologists and healthcare teams
Follow safety and radiation protection protocols
Ensure patient comfort and support during treatment

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Radiotherapy, Radiologic Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in radiotherapy or healthcare support roles
Basic knowledge of radiation therapy procedures and equipment
Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a clinical environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in oncology or radiotherapy departments
Familiarity with radiation planning software
Knowledge of cancer treatment protocols
Certification in radiologic or radiotherapy technology (preferred)
Understanding of radiation safety standards
