Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Software Tools Support Engineer to support development tools and platforms. In this role, you will troubleshoot tool-related issues, assist developers, and ensure smooth operation of software tools and environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support for software development tools and platforms
Troubleshoot issues related to development environments
Assist in installation and configuration of tools
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams
Maintain documentation of tools and processes
Monitor tool performance and usage
Support CI/CD tools and workflows
Ensure compliance with IT and development standards
Assist in improving developer productivity tools
Provide technical support and guidance to users

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in IT support, software tools, or engineering roles
Basic understanding of development tools and environments
Familiarity with operating systems and troubleshooting
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like Git, Jenkins, or Jira
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of DevOps practices
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
