Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Configuration Management Analyst to support configuration management and system governance. In this role, you will manage configuration items, maintain system records, and ensure consistency across IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Manage configuration items (CIs) and maintain CMDB records
Track and document configuration changes
Ensure consistency and accuracy of system configurations
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams
Support change management and release processes
Monitor compliance with configuration standards
Maintain documentation of configuration workflows
Identify discrepancies and recommend improvements
Assist in audits and reporting
Support continuous improvement of configuration management practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in configuration management, IT operations, or support roles
Basic understanding of CMDB and configuration management processes
Familiarity with IT infrastructure and system environments
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like ServiceNow CMDB
Familiarity with ITIL processes
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Understanding of change and release management
Relevant certifications such as ITIL (preferred)
