Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Compliance Analyst to join our partner organization. In this role, you will ensure that IT systems, processes, and policies comply with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This position is ideal for professionals interested in IT risk management, governance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate IT systems for compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Assist in implementing and maintaining IT compliance programs and controls
Conduct risk assessments and identify gaps in IT governance processes
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Prepare reports and documentation for audits and management review
Support remediation plans for identified compliance issues
Stay updated on IT regulations, industry standards, and best practices
Participate in internal and external audit processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT compliance, IT risk, or IT governance
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, or ISO standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Proficiency with IT compliance tools and reporting systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IT audit processes and risk assessments
Familiarity with IT security frameworks and controls
Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or ITIL
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
