Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Sleep Disorder Technician to assist in diagnosing and monitoring patients with sleep disorders. In this role, you will conduct sleep studies, monitor patient activity, and ensure accurate data collection.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct sleep studies (polysomnography)
Monitor patient sleep patterns and vital signs
Prepare and set up sleep study equipment
Record and analyze sleep data
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with sleep specialists and healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with safety and clinical protocols
Educate patients on sleep study procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab areas
Support diagnosis and treatment planning

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Sleep Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in sleep studies or healthcare support roles
Basic knowledge of sleep disorders and diagnostic procedures
Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work overnight shifts if required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sleep labs or diagnostic centers
Certification such as RPSGT (preferred)
Familiarity with polysomnography equipment
Knowledge of respiratory and neurological monitoring
Understanding of patient safety protocols
