Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Acute Care Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. In this role, you will assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Develop and implement patient care plans
Provide direct patient care in acute care settings such as hospitals or emergency units
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes
Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care interventions
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Support infection control and patient safety protocols
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred (Associate degree accepted)
1–3 years of experience in acute care or hospital settings
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS
Experience in emergency, ICU, or critical care units
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Strong knowledge of patient safety and infection control practices
Ability to handle complex and critical patient cases
