Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Software Optimization Engineer to enhance application performance and efficiency. In this role, you will analyze system behavior, identify performance bottlenecks, and support optimization of software systems.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze application performance and identify optimization opportunities
Troubleshoot performance issues and improve system efficiency
Collaborate with development teams to enhance code performance
Monitor system metrics and generate performance reports
Assist in performance testing and benchmarking
Optimize database queries and backend processes
Maintain documentation of optimization strategies
Support scalability and system improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
Participate in continuous performance improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in software development or performance optimization roles
Strong understanding of programming languages (Java, Python, or similar)
Basic knowledge of system performance and optimization techniques
Familiarity with debugging and profiling tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with performance monitoring tools
Familiarity with databases and query optimization
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Understanding of system architecture and scalability
