Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Tester – Manual & Automation to ensure software quality and reliability. In this role, you will design test cases, execute manual and automated tests, and identify defects to improve application performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute manual and automated test cases
Identify, document, and track software defects
Collaborate with developers and product teams
Perform regression, functional, and integration testing
Develop and maintain automated test scripts
Ensure software meets quality standards and requirements
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports
Participate in Agile development processes
Maintain test documentation and test plans
Support continuous improvement of QA processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in software testing or QA roles
Strong understanding of testing methodologies
Basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman)
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Certification in software testing (ISTQB preferred)
