Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Systems Deployment Analyst to support system implementation and deployment activities. In this role, you will assist in deploying systems, managing configurations, and ensuring successful rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in system deployment and implementation processes
Configure and set up systems and environments
Monitor deployment activities and ensure successful rollouts
Troubleshoot deployment-related issues
Collaborate with IT and project teams
Maintain deployment documentation and logs
Support system testing and validation
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Assist in rollout planning and execution
Support continuous improvement of deployment processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in system deployment, IT operations, or support roles
Basic understanding of deployment tools and processes
Knowledge of operating systems and system configurations
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with deployment tools and automation
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to system integration and release processes
