Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to join our partner organization in New Haven, Connecticut. The ideal candidate will support research studies, manage data collection, and assist clinical teams in conducting high-quality research.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing clinical research studies
Collect, organize, and maintain research data accurately
Prepare study materials, consent forms, and documentation
Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines (IRB, HIPAA)
Coordinate with research staff, physicians, and participants
Maintain accurate records of study procedures and results
Assist in data analysis and reporting as required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Public Health, or related field
0–2 years of experience in clinical research or healthcare settings
Familiarity with research protocols, documentation, and compliance standards
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) or EHR systems
Knowledge of statistical tools and data analysis software
Certifications such as CCRA or CCRC are a plus
