Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Nurse (RN) to join our partner organization. In this role, you will provide end-of-life care, manage patient symptoms, and support patients and families emotionally and medically. This position is ideal for registered nurses with hospice or palliative care experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and provide nursing care for hospice patients
Administer medications, treatments, and symptom management protocols
Educate patients and families on end-of-life care and comfort measures
Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospice teams to coordinate patient care
Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families
Ensure compliance with hospice policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
1–3 years of experience in hospice, palliative, or home health nursing
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Preferred Qualifications
Hospice or palliative care certification (CHPN)
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to manage multiple patients and coordinate care in home or hospice settings
Knowledge of end-of-life care best practices
