Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support network incident monitoring and response. In this role, you will track network events, analyze issues, and help maintain uninterrupted service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor network incidents and system alerts
Analyze network issues and identify root causes
Respond to incidents and escalate when necessary
Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams
Maintain documentation of incident management processes
Ensure compliance with IT service management standards
Support monitoring tools and alert systems
Track incident metrics and generate reports
Assist in improving incident response workflows
Enhance network monitoring efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in network monitoring, incident management, or IT roles
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Familiarity with network monitoring tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with tools like SolarWinds, Wireshark, or Nagios
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of incident response and troubleshooting techniques
Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Network+
