Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Oncology Case Coordinator to manage patient care coordination for oncology cases. In this role, you will ensure seamless communication, track treatment plans, and support patients throughout their care journey.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate oncology patient care and treatment plans
Schedule appointments and follow-ups
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with oncologists and healthcare teams
Monitor patient progress and report updates
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols
Assist in patient education and support
Manage case documentation and reporting
Coordinate with insurance and administrative teams
Support overall oncology care workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in oncology coordination or healthcare roles
Strong understanding of oncology care processes
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in oncology clinics or hospitals
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Knowledge of cancer treatment protocols
Understanding of healthcare compliance standards
Strong patient coordination and case management skills
