Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Emergency Nurse (RN) to provide critical care to infants, children, and adolescents in emergency situations. In this role, you will assess patient conditions, provide rapid interventions, and support families during emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide emergency nursing care to pediatric patients
Assess and triage patient conditions quickly
Administer medications and emergency treatments
Monitor vital signs and patient responses
Collaborate with emergency physicians and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Educate families on treatment and follow-up care
Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and standards
Respond rapidly to critical and life-threatening situations
Maintain a safe and controlled emergency environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
2–5 years of experience in pediatric, ER, or critical care nursing roles
Valid RN license to practice in Florida
Strong knowledge of pediatric emergency care
Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills
Ability to work in high-pressure environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in pediatric emergency departments
Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Strong critical thinking and patient monitoring skills
