Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Software Dependency Engineer to support dependency management and build stability. In this role, you will track software libraries, manage versions, and ensure compatibility across applications.

Key Responsibilities

Manage software dependencies and library versions
Monitor and resolve dependency conflicts
Assist in maintaining build and package management systems
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams
Ensure compatibility and stability of applications
Maintain documentation of dependencies and workflows
Support CI/CD pipelines and build processes
Track updates, patches, and security vulnerabilities
Assist in automating dependency management tasks
Ensure compliance with development standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or IT roles
Basic understanding of dependency management tools (Maven, npm, Gradle)
Familiarity with programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript)
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with version control systems (Git)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker)
Understanding of software security and vulnerability management
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
