Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT User Identity Access Analyst to support identity and access management (IAM) operations. In this role, you will manage user identities, control access permissions, and ensure compliance with security standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage user identity lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, role changes)
Provision and de-provision system access
Conduct access reviews and compliance audits
Monitor identity and access logs for anomalies
Collaborate with IT and security teams
Maintain documentation of IAM processes
Ensure compliance with security frameworks and policies
Support IAM tools and identity governance systems
Track access metrics and generate reports
Improve identity and access workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IAM, access management, or IT security roles
Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts
Knowledge of authentication and authorization processes
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint)
Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO)
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles
Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC)
Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISA, or similar
