Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT User Provisioning Analyst to manage user access and identity provisioning across enterprise systems. In this role, you will ensure timely and secure access to applications, maintain compliance with security policies, and support identity and access management (IAM) processes. This position is ideal for individuals interested in IT security, user access management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage user account provisioning and de-provisioning processes
Ensure appropriate access levels based on roles and responsibilities
Maintain compliance with security policies and access control standards
Review and audit user access rights regularly
Collaborate with IT teams and business units for access requests
Maintain documentation of access control procedures and activities
Support identity and access management (IAM) systems
Assist in resolving access-related issues and incidents
Monitor access logs and identify potential security risks
Support audits and compliance reviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–4 years of experience in user provisioning, IAM, or IT security roles
Strong understanding of access control and identity management concepts
Familiarity with IAM tools and directory services (e.g., Active Directory)
Knowledge of security policies and compliance standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, or similar
Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, or IAM-related credentials
Familiarity with audit and compliance processes
Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) models
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
