Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Endpoint Support Analyst to support endpoint devices and user systems. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting devices, managing configurations, and ensuring optimal performance of end-user systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Install, configure, and maintain endpoint systems
Manage device configurations and updates
Support user account setup and access management
Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical problems
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
Monitor system performance and identify recurring issues
Support endpoint security and patch management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT support or endpoint management roles
Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS)
Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM)
Familiarity with Active Directory and user management
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices
Experience with remote support tools
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ (preferred)
