Role Objective:
We are seeking a Clinical Coding Analyst who can ensure accurate medical coding and support healthcare data integrity. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of coding systems and attention to clinical documentation.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Review clinical documentation and assign appropriate medical codes
Ensure accuracy in ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards
Analyze records to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
Work closely with healthcare providers to clarify documentation
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and coding guidelines
Support audits and reporting related to coding accuracy
