Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Software Testing Analyst to support software quality assurance and testing activities. In this role, you will execute test cases, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Execute manual and automated test cases for web and application systems
Identify, document, and track software defects and issues
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to resolve bugs
Assist in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Perform regression, functional, and usability testing
Validate system performance and user experience
Maintain documentation of test results and quality metrics
Support continuous improvement of testing processes
Participate in sprint planning and Agile development cycles
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in software testing or QA roles
Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC
Familiarity with manual testing and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with automation testing tools (Selenium, TestNG, or similar)
Basic knowledge of programming/scripting (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Exposure to API testing tools (Postman, REST clients)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
