Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support medical records compliance verification and auditing. In this role, you will review documentation, ensure regulatory adherence, and maintain data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Verify medical records for accuracy and compliance
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and documentation standards
Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions
Maintain compliance logs and audit reports
Collaborate with healthcare and administrative teams
Ensure confidentiality and security of patient data
Support quality assurance and audit processes
Track compliance metrics and generate reports
Assist in improving documentation workflows
Enhance verification processes and efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field
1–3 years of experience in medical records, compliance, or healthcare support roles
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Basic understanding of healthcare documentation standards
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work in structured environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare compliance or audit roles
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA)
Understanding of medical documentation standards
