Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Clinical Patient Flow Coordinator to support patient movement and operational coordination within healthcare facilities. In this role, you will manage patient flow, coordinate with clinical teams, and ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
Monitor patient flow and optimize bed utilization
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely patient movement
Maintain accurate records and patient tracking systems
Identify delays and resolve patient flow issues
Communicate with departments to improve coordination
Support scheduling and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures
Assist in reporting and performance tracking
Support overall operational efficiency in clinical settings

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations or coordination roles
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Basic understanding of hospital workflows and patient management
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications
