Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our partner organization in Jersey City, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources
Perform basic statistical analyses and generate reports
Create dashboards and visualizations for business insights
Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
Document analysis processes and methodologies
Support senior analysts and management with data-driven recommendations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
0–2 years of experience in data analysis or internships/projects
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Knowledge of databases and data management systems
Familiarity with healthcare or IT data is a plus
