Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Patient Care Support Technician to assist healthcare professionals in delivering quality patient care. In this role, you will support daily patient needs, monitor conditions, and help ensure a safe and comfortable healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
Support nurses and clinical staff in patient care procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and care areas
Transport patients within the facility as needed
Assist with feeding and ensure patient comfort and safety
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Provide emotional support to patients and families
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of experience in patient care or healthcare support roles
Basic knowledge of patient care techniques and medical terminology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and lifting
Preferred Qualifications
Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or similar
Experience in hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities
CPR/BLS certification
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Understanding of infection control and patient safety practices
