Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Medical Inventory Tracking Specialist to manage inventory tracking and ensure accuracy of medical supplies. In this role, you will monitor stock levels, track usage, and support efficient inventory control processes.

Key Responsibilities

Track and monitor medical inventory levels
Maintain accurate records of stock and usage
Identify discrepancies and resolve inventory issues
Collaborate with supply chain and healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with inventory control policies
Support stock replenishment and ordering processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
1–3 years of experience in inventory management, tracking, or healthcare operations
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of inventory systems and processes
Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hospital or healthcare supply chain roles
Familiarity with inventory tracking software
Knowledge of audit and compliance standards
