Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Occupational Health Technician to join our partner healthcare organization in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will support occupational health services, assist with employee health screenings, and ensure workplace safety compliance. This position is ideal for individuals interested in occupational health, preventive care, and workplace wellness.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct basic health screenings and assessments for employees
Assist in workplace injury management and first aid support
Maintain employee health records and documentation
Support occupational health programs and safety initiatives
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations
Assist with drug testing, vaccinations, and wellness programs
Coordinate with healthcare providers and safety teams
Monitor and report workplace health trends and incidents
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Occupational Health, or related field (or relevant certification)
0–2 years of experience in occupational health, clinical support, or healthcare services
Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle confidential health information
Preferred Qualifications
Certification such as Occupational Health Technician (OHT) or similar
Experience in workplace safety programs or employee health services
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and compliance standards
Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a healthcare or corporate setting
