Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Occupational Therapy Care Technician to assist therapists in delivering rehabilitation services. In this role, you will support therapy sessions, help patients with daily living activities, and ensure effective care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist occupational therapists during therapy sessions
Support patients with daily living and rehabilitation activities
Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas
Monitor patient progress and report observations
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions
Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient care
Ensure compliance with safety and rehabilitation protocols
Assist in scheduling and patient coordination
Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas
Support overall therapy operations

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Occupational Therapy, or related field
0–2 years of experience in rehabilitation or healthcare support roles
Basic knowledge of occupational therapy practices
Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in clinical environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in rehabilitation centers or therapy clinics
Familiarity with therapy equipment and techniques
Knowledge of patient mobility and daily living support
Understanding of healthcare compliance and safety standards
Certification in occupational therapy assistance (preferred)
