Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and tech-savvy Telehealth Nurse (RN) to join our partner healthcare organization in Portland, Oregon. In this role, you will provide remote patient care, conduct virtual consultations, and support patients through telecommunication technologies. This position is ideal for nurses interested in digital healthcare, remote monitoring, and patient-centered virtual care.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual patient assessments via phone or video consultations
Monitor patient symptoms and provide clinical guidance remotely
Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
Document patient interactions and maintain accurate electronic health records
Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams
Triage patient concerns and escalate urgent cases when necessary
Ensure compliance with telehealth regulations and privacy standards
Support patients with chronic disease management and follow-ups
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (U.S.)
1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (telehealth or outpatient preferred)
Strong communication and patient assessment skills
Basic knowledge of telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Ability to provide care in a remote, technology-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in telehealth, triage nursing, or remote patient monitoring
Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or Telehealth Nursing Certification
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and digital health tools
Strong multitasking and decision-making abilities
Ability to deliver high-quality care in a virtual setting
