Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and attentive Telemetry Monitoring Technician to monitor patient cardiac activity and ensure timely identification of abnormalities. In this role, you will track telemetry data and support clinical teams in delivering effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor cardiac telemetry and patient vital signs
Identify abnormal heart rhythms and escalate findings
Maintain accurate monitoring records and documentation
Collaborate with healthcare teams and nurses
Ensure proper functioning of telemetry equipment
Respond promptly to alerts and emergency situations
Maintain compliance with healthcare protocols
Track patient monitoring metrics and reports
Support patient safety and care quality
Improve monitoring workflows and efficiency

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Cardiology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in telemetry monitoring or healthcare support roles
Basic knowledge of ECG and cardiac rhythm interpretation
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in clinical environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in telemetry or cardiac monitoring units
Familiarity with ECG equipment and monitoring systems
Knowledge of cardiovascular conditions
Certification in cardiac monitoring (preferred)
Understanding of patient safety protocols
