Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented professional to support telemetry observation and patient monitoring. In this role, you will observe cardiac activity, assess patient conditions, and ensure timely clinical responses.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor cardiac telemetry and patient vital signs
Observe and assess patient conditions continuously
Identify abnormal heart rhythms and escalate findings
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with nurses and healthcare teams
Ensure proper functioning of telemetry equipment
Respond promptly to alerts and clinical changes
Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and standards
Track patient monitoring data and generate reports
Improve observation and monitoring workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
1–3 years of experience in telemetry monitoring or clinical nursing roles
Valid RN license to practice in Oregon
Strong knowledge of ECG and cardiac monitoring
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work in clinical environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in telemetry or cardiac monitoring units
Certifications such as BLS, ACLS
Familiarity with ECG equipment and monitoring systems
Knowledge of cardiovascular conditions
Understanding of patient safety protocols
