Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized IT Asset Management Analyst to join our partner organization. In this role, you will manage and maintain IT assets, track their lifecycle, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. This position is ideal for professionals interested in IT operations, inventory management, and enterprise asset tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Track and maintain IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement
Ensure accurate inventory records and asset database management
Conduct audits and reconcile asset discrepancies
Collaborate with IT teams to support hardware and software asset management processes
Maintain compliance with licensing agreements and organizational policies
Generate reports on asset usage, status, and compliance for stakeholders
Assist with vendor coordination and procurement tracking
Support process improvement initiatives for IT asset management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT asset management, IT operations, or inventory management
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Proficiency with IT asset management tools and databases
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ITAM platforms like ServiceNow, Ivanti, or similar tools
Familiarity with software license management and compliance
Knowledge of IT procurement and vendor management processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
